This will be the home of my stuff, some of it will be interesting, some of it boring, there'll be waffles (not the type with cream or syrup or even potato), there'll be photos, there'll be info, there'll be gadgets and gizmo's, computers and other stuff of that ilk.  

Keep checking back, this is work in progress and will be changing a lot over the coming weeks!!! 

 

This is my new site that I want to develop.  ME!

I'm Mike living in Chorley Lancashire.  Happy go lucky kind of guy making my way through life making new friends & trying to catch up with old ones.  Brought up on the island of Jersey, Channel Islands & lived there until I decided to join the Armed Forces at the age of 16.  Since leaving I have been in the sharing, caring National Health Service in various positions (so to speak)!! 

Presently I live in Lancashire & am working as a Resuscitation Officer in a fairly local hospital.  Love the job but I do get a bit worried when the only people you meet are dying to meet you!  Needless to say very rewarding & very frustrating when it all hits the pan!!  Oh well thats life (or death).

Spare time whatever that is is spent with a second job doing much the same, but Sundays are mine!!!  I do find it difficult to spread myself so thinnly to get to see all my friends.  Not enough hours in a day, week or year!  But I do try my best & really do appreciate my friends far & near, more than they will ever know or I'd be prepared to tell them!!

I do like a good holiday, & I have had many a good time.  The latest journeys have been to relatives in Sydney, Australia.  Ambition, to retire to Oz & explore the country when I have the time & energy to do so!  Closer to home there are many a nice place around here & a bit further afield in Europe, so you never know I might be in a place near you, eventually!

 I hope you like the site, lots to add & things to try.  Thanks for looking & please do pop back & see whats new.
